NEW FACES FOR POLICE AUTHORITY - DACORUM
Dacorum Conservative Councillor, David Lloyd is one of five new county councillors to join Hertfordshire Police Authority at its Annual General meeting today (Friday).

The other new members are Conservative Councillors Bernard Engel and Tony Dodd, Labour Councillor Sherma Batson and Liberal Democrat Councillor Allan Siao Ming Witherick.
David Lloyd said: “I am particularly delighted to be appointed to the Police Authority; it will complement my Community Safety lead role at the county council and build on the strong joint working that already exists betweeen the two organisations”.
David has been involved in politics since University and was a member of Milton Keynes Borough Council before being elected to the County Council in 1999. An independent financial adviser, he is also Governor of Flamstead School and a member of the Diocesan and Deanery Synod and St Leonard’s Parochial Church Council. He lives in Flamstead with his wife, Alison and two children, Felix, 10, and Alexa, 7.
