  Having your say

We want to hear your views, concerns and comments and there are a number of ways you can have your say.

The Police Authority has local consultation arrangements in every district and borough council area – some are run jointly with other local authorities so that we make the best use of our resources and pool our knowledge.

We also have local Community Engagement Lead members to make sure local concerns and issues are heard by the full Authority.

Members of the public may normally attend all meetings of Hertfordshire Police Authority. If you do wish to attend, or require further details, please contact Julia Harries, Committee Manager, 01992 555651. You may ask questions or present petitions to meetings of the Authority, provided you give advance notice. All Authority committee meetings are held at County Hall, Hertford.
