An agreement between Hertfordshire Constabulary, Hertfordshire Police Authority and Hertfordshire Neighbourhood Watch.

Hertswatch brings together 10 Neighbourhood Watch Community Co-ordinators representing each district and borough, and will provide improved communications and greater involvement for all Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators in the county.
